TECTUM Arquitectura is an office whose purpose is to design and build spaces that are permeated by a sensitivity to the landscape, always prioritizing the experience of the users.
Inspired by art and motivated by technique, TECTUM investigates, experiments and challenges itself in each project with a single purpose: to search and never stop searching.
We practice our profession reflectively, trying to detect, through a critical and sensitive reading of our time and place, those paths that lead to proposals that physically and conceptually relate the work to its context.
By managing projects holistically from their feasibility to their completion, we strive to develop precise yet flexible strategies that, within their internal logic, allow not only for eventual changes that guarantee their viability; but also for those licenses that, due to concerns more related to the disciplinary field or abstraction, we are interested in experimenting with.
Urban and rural landscapes, time and matter permeate our practice, contaminating our reflections and processes.
