CASA FOGLIO

Pensado como taller de pintura y casa de fin de semana, el proyecto evoca el imaginario de las guarderías náuticas de la zona.

Frente a la inmensidad del paisaje donde se ubica, la propuesta se presenta como una pieza austera, casi anónima. Un volumen sencillo; que trabaja con el contraste abierto/cerrado - sol/sombra.

Con el fin de disminuir tiempos de construcción, la casa se ejecuta íntegramente por vía seca. Así, la planta se organiza respondiendo a la longitud comercial de la perfilería metálica que conforma la estructura y a las dimensiones de los paneles industriales de madera que cualifican el espacio interior.

Los espacios de guardado se ubican contra las fachadas permitiendo receder el cristal y mantenerlo en sombra.

FOGLIO HOUSE

Conceived as a painting studio and weekend house, the project draws inspiration from the nautical warehouses typical of the area.

Facing the vastness of the surrounding landscape, it presents itself as an austere, almost anonymous piece —a simple volume that works with the contrast between open and closed, light and shadow.

To reduce construction time, the house is built entirely using dry construction methods. The floor plan follows the commercial length of the metal profiles that form the structure and the dimensions of the industrial wooden panels that define the interior space.

Storage areas are placed along the façades, allowing the glazing to be recessed and remain in shade.
